    Responsibilities

    The Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for analyzing and optimizing the end-to-end supply chain processes. This role involves collecting and interpreting data, forecasting demand, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and ensuring timely delivery of products and materials. The Supply Chain Analyst will collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and logistics partners to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and support overall business objectives.

    Data Analysis & Reporting
    • Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
    • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
    • Present insights and recommendations to supply chain leadership and cross-functional teams.
    Contract Manufacturer Management
    • Monitor contract manufacturer's buying practices and adherence to standard work.
    • Oversee Purchase Requisition approvals to ensure compliance with company policies.
    • Drive utilization of system-driven automation to enhance operational efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
    • Ensure demand planning aligns with inventory levels, production schedules, and capacity planning.
    Inventory Management
    • Analyze inventory data to optimize stock levels and minimize carrying costs.
    • Collaborate with procurement and warehouse teams to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
    • Support cycle counting, audits, and inventory reconciliation processes.
    • Monitor and manage Excess & Obsolete (E&O) inventory to minimize financial impact and support disposition strategies.
    Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain analysis, logistics, procurement, or a related role.
    • Proficiency in data analytics tools and software, such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
    • Strong understanding of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and inventory management software.
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
    • Effective communication skills to present complex data to stakeholders and leaders
    • Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies is a plus.
    • Experience in SQL, Python, or other data analysis and visualization tools.
    • May require travel to supplier or contract manufacturers locations as needed.
    The Bay Area salary for this role is $105k - $125k base salary + pre-IPO stock options + benefits. This position is on-site (hybrid) in Menlo Park, CA. The salary will be adjusted based on the experience of the employee.
