Currently, StaffBright is seeking a Human Resources Director in the Howland Center, OH area We are seeking candidates with over 10 years of Human Resources experience who thrive in hands-on roles and excel in crafting strategic HR initiatives, policies, and programs

What You Will Be Doing

• Designing, organizing, implementing, overseeing, and assessing the HR function and performance within the organization.
• Working in the corporate facility overseeing global HR direction.
• Reporting to the President.

What We Need From You

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, or a related field.
• Manufacturing industry background in a medium-to-large-sized company.
• 10+ years of Human Resources experience.
• Solid understanding of capital equipment cycles/cycle times.

Preferred Skills

• Masters Degree
