    Description:Responsibilities:

    You will analyze competitive data for target labor markets and recommend solutions to compensation challenges
    You will analyze data, provide reporting, and participate in projects in the area of employee compensation

    You will work closely with the Americas Compensation team while collaborating with the Global Compensation team to implement and assist with communications of global and local compensation programs.

    You will support the transition of compensation programs and processes for North America from the local legacy HRIS system to a global Workday platform.

    You will partner with HR Operations to ensure accuracy and integrity of compensation data in HRIS and identify process improvement opportunities.

    You will support the implementation of a new IT architecture for the business (i.e. Workday)

    You bring relevant working experience in Compensation and have a sound knowledge of compensation-related topics, especially in the United States.

    You have a proven track record supporting compensation concepts and programs.
    You are skilled in project management, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) and fluent in English.
    You have experience in Workday Core Compensation & Jobs and Advanced Compensation.
    You demonstrate solid professional judgment and problem solving competence.

    Required Skills:

    Bachelor's degree or comparable training and knowledge
    CCP and GRP certifications are preferred
    Experience in working in an international environment, cross-functional and cross-cultural teams
