    Your role as a Home Health LVN- Full Time Per Visit with a $5k sign on bonus

    As a Home Health LVN, you can expect each day to be filled with new and unique experiences. Working in the home health care industry allows for a diverse and ever-changing schedule, perfect for someone who enjoys a mix of autonomy and patient interaction. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include visiting patients in their homes and providing personalized care based on their individual needs. From performing medical assessments to administering medications, you'll play a vital role in improving their overall well-being.

    You'll have the opportunity to build relationships with patients and their families, ensuring they receive the highest level of care and support. One of the best things about this position is the flexibility it offers. Your schedule will be based on the territory you cover, allowing you to plan your visits around your personal commitments. Whether you prefer to work mornings, afternoons, or even weekends, we can accommodate your needs.

    To thrive in our Home Health LVN-FT position, there are certain skills and qualifications that will help you excel. First and foremost, you must hold a state registered nurse license, as this is a requirement for the role. Additionally, having at least one year of experience in in-home care will give you a solid foundation and understanding of the unique challenges and rewards that come with this type of work. Excellent communication and time-management skills are crucial in ensuring effective patient care and keeping up with your daily responsibilities. Your ability to connect with patients and their families in a compassionate and friendly manner will create a comfortable and supportive environment.

    As you'll be traveling to multiple patients per day, it's essential to be organized and efficient in your work. Prioritizing tasks and managing your time effectively will allow you to provide each patient with the attention and care they deserve. While not required, preferred knowledge of Kinser, a software used in home health care, would be advantageous. Familiarity with this tool can streamline documentation and enhance communication within the team.
