    Join the Rooms Team as a Concierge at Thompson Dallas

    Are you ready to be part of something amazing? Thompson Dallas is looking for a Concierge to join their team conveniently located in downtown Dallas. By the Akard Street stop of the DART train, you'll have the chance to work in a luxury hotel within The National, Dallas' newest urban luxury mixed-use project. Thompson Dallas is more than just a hotel; it's an experience. As part of Hyatt Hotels Corporation's portfolio, this mid-century modern hexagon design rises above the Dallas Skyline, offering guests a unique tribute to history, design, and culture.

    The Concierge role at Thompson Dallas is crucial. You'll be responsible for providing guests with personalized recommendations, reservations, and assistance with local events and transportation. Your deep understanding of the Dallas Fort Worth Area will make you the go-to person for all things food, beverage, tourist attractions, events, arts, and entertainment.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Stand at the concierge desk in the lobby to greet and assist guests
    • Provide directions, luggage assistance, valet services, etc.
    • Seated interactions with guests to book reservations
    • Complete admin work in the back office to keep the lobby free for guest assistance
