    As a Systems Administrator specializing in Microsoft 365, you will play a crucial role in managing, maintaining, and optimizing our organization's productivity tools.

    You will be responsible for ensuring seamless integration, configuration, and administration of various Microsoft 365 applications, including but not limited to Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Office applications.

    Administer and manage Microsoft 365 tenant settings, including user accounts, licenses, security settings, and compliance features.
    Configure and maintain Exchange Online environments, including mailbox management, email flow, and security measures.
    Design and implement SharePoint Online sites, libraries, and permissions structures to facilitate collaboration and document management.
    Develop and maintain documentation, policies, and procedures related to Office 365 administration and usage.
    Deploy and manage Microsoft Teams environments, including channels, meetings, and integration with other applications.

    Implement and maintain security best practices across all Microsoft 365 services, including data loss prevention (DLP), threat protection, and multi-factor authentication (MFA).

    Support and maintain compliance to Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) requirements.
    Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to ensure high availability and reliability of Microsoft 365 services.

    Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide recommendations for optimizing Microsoft 365 tools to meet organizational needs.

    Stay up-to-date with the latest Microsoft 365 features, updates, and best practices, and proactively identify opportunities to leverage new functionalities for improved productivity.

    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field and 2 years of experience (or equivalent experience).
    Demonstrated experience in administering Microsoft 365 environments, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive.
    Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automating administrative tasks and managing Microsoft 365 environments.
    Strong understanding of networking concepts, Active Directory, and identity management in the context of Microsoft 365.
    Experience with Microsoft 365 security and compliance features, including DLP, threat protection, and MFA.
    Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues related to Microsoft 365 services.
    Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

    Relevant certifications such as

    Microsoft Certified:
