MACOM sells and distributes products globally via a
sales channel comprised of a direct field sales force, authorized sales representatives,

Job Title: RF Design Engineer
Role requirements:
- Experience with E&M modelling tools are a plus (ADS, HFSS, Sonnet, etc.)
- Ability to characterize products hands on in the lab
- Ability to support a product through the entire product development and release cycle
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the specific ability to speak to various technical and management levels
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or Equivalent with 3 or more years of experience in semiconductor device testing.
- Specific experience with lab equipment.
- Flexible working style with the ability to multitask.
- Attention to detail, strong documentation and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work within schedule constraints
- Good communication, organization and documentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build long lasting partnerships.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
