    Description

    Family Practice Opportunity in Outpatient Setting

    Job Details

    • Specialty: Family Practice/Sports Medicine
    • Certification: BC or BE, DO or MD

    Compensation Package

    The first year's salary is guaranteed, along with full benefits. A productivity bonus plan is implemented in year one, transitioning to a full productivity plan in year two and beyond.

    Call Schedule

    Call is shared weekly between existing physicians and PAs, with a call rotation every 3 weeks by phone only. The hospitalist team provides support to the practice.

    Benefits

    Health insurance for physician and family, malpractice insurance, $1,500 per year CME allowance, up to $7,500 in eligible relocation expenses, and 20 paid days off plus holidays are covered. Employees are eligible to participate in the 401k plan through Fidelity after 60 days of employment.

    Basic AD&D - $15,000

    Reduced Fee Schedule for Office Visits

    All providers and diagnostic services provided by FMC will be priced at 70% of the Current Medicare Allowable (Locality 99) fee schedule for HDHP Plan participants. This results in lower annual deductibles and copays for primary physician, specialist physician, and urgent care visits, as well as lower employee coinsurance.

    Florida Medical Clinic is a multispecialty group practice established in 1993, with nearly 400 providers.
