Job Overview - Estimator:

As a result, we are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Estimator to join our client's team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. As an Estimator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of project estimates, working closely with sales and detailing departments to deliver exceptional service to our clients.

Compensation: $90, $100, bonus

Location: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Responsibilities of the Construction Estimator include:

• Thoroughly review and comprehend design plans and specifications received from our valued customers.
• Utilize your technical expertise to deliver precise and detailed quantitative summaries of reinforcing steel, wire mesh, and bar support tonnage requirements, tailored to each project's specific needs.
• Collaborate closely with the sales department to prepare meticulous quotes that align with customers' expectations.
• Facilitate seamless communication and coordination with the sales and detailing departments throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
• Maintain regular communication with customers, promptly addressing inquiries and providing updates to foster positive relationships.
• Identify, address, and meticulously document any changes or modifications to the project scope to ensure accuracy and smooth execution.
• Demonstrate efficiency and timeliness in generating estimates, meeting all critical deadlines.

Qualifications for the Construction Estimator include:

• Proficiency in industry-standard software, including Microsoft and specialized tools like aSa & Shear 97, to facilitate precise estimations.
• High School Diploma or equivalent educational qualification.
• Minimum of one year of relevant experience as a Junior Estimator, showcasing your ability to excel in this role.
