Job summary
The incumbent will be responsible for the following duties:Represents the Justice Center in meetings, committees and other forums related to employee relations, staff development, and recruitment with agency administrators, union officials, OER, PERB, Civil Service,
PProvide expert advice to the Executive Director excecuting legal mechanisms to achieve executive objectives;
Analyze review establish implement and modify HR policies and procedures
Serve on Labor Management Committees participates in labor relations negotiations
Conduct workplace safety reviews analyze health safety labor relations conditions within various statewide locations initiate actions ensure policies procedures are revised maintain a safe content workforce.
