    As an (SDR) Sales Development Representative, you will support the efforts of our Sales department by keeping the sales pipeline, clean, organized, and fresh.

    You will engage new and old leads, and manage all phone and email communication necessary to keep them as warm leads.

    You will also update outdated company contacts and input new lead contact information discovered into Hubspot.

    You will be tasked with arranging and planning phone or video appointments with warm leads and members of the sales team.

    In addition, the SDR role is tasked with consistently managing and overseeing Hubspot sequencing, to ensure new business opportunities are replied to and engaged.

    Forage and research for leads and contacts that fit our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and engage them to set up a Qualifying Conversation (QC) appointment with a senior member of our Customer Department
    Be a subject matter expert on Circle's Value prop and overall service solutions
    Effectively partner and collaborate with sales teams

    Hubspot(CRM)

    Daily Interaction:
    Keep sales pipeline and RFP's status updated daily and accurately.
    Consistently emails per day, and complete sales calls per day
    Demonstrate the ability to collaborate effectively with distributed sales teams
    Proven business development success through sales tools ( Hubspot, Zoom, Hoovers)
    Bachelor's degree preferred
    Sales experience preferred
    Freight brokerage experience a bonus
