    Job DescriptionPre-Licensed Bilingual Spanish Therapist ($7,500 Sign-on Bonus) Full Time We are looking for someone who can act as a brand ambassador, consistently representing the company and its leadership positively and professionally.

    • Education: Master's in social work, Professional Counseling, Family Therapy, or other qualified degree.
    • License in Oregon: LPCA, CSWA, AMFT
    • Experience: Providing behavioral health services using evidenced-based practices for teens or adults.

    • Competitive Compensation Our associates average $91,322 a year, working 4 days a week. The top associates average $107,650+ a year working 4 days a week.
    Additional Benefits Include
    • Health Insurance- 3 medical plan options with employer contribution (for employee and dependents) towards medical, dental, prescription, and vision insurance. Including acupuncture, chiropractic, and orthodontia coverage through Pacific Source (available the 1st of the month following employment).
