    Hospice and Palliative Medicine


    Join our dedicated team as a Hospice and Palliative Medicine Provider and make a meaningful difference in patients lives during their most vulnerable moments.

    This full-time role offers an opportunity to work in a compassionate environment, providing top-quality care through a balanced mix of onsite and telehealth services.

    As a vital member of our team, you will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comfort, dignity, and high standards of care for patients in Hospice and Palliative settings.


    Required Skills:
    Active Oregon medical license and DEA registration
    Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency)
    Extensive hospice experience, especially for IM or FM candidates
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
    Flexibility to work onsite as required, with optional telehealth capabilities
    Willingness to participate in night, weekend, and holiday call coverage


    Nice to Have Skills:
    Experience with complex symptom management and crisis intervention
    Prior work in hospice settings or palliative care programs
    Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
    Bilingual capabilities a plus


    Preferred Education and Experience:
    MD, DO, or equivalent qualification
    Prior inpatient or outpatient hospice/palliative care experience
    Proven ability to manage complex patients with a compassionate approach


    Other Requirements:
    BLS certification mandatory
    Willingness to work approximately 8 hours daily, with scheduled call nights and weekends
    Ability to adapt to potentially increased onsite responsibilities later in January
    Travel or additional reimbursements applicable as required
