- Differentiate between genuine fluctuations in ARR and billing discrepancies, ensuring normalization when necessary.
- Highlight trends related to recurring billing/Salesforce issues for corrective action.
- Pinpoint trends in downsell/churn by various segments, product categories, and types.
- Recognize patterns in upsell/new client acquisitions and provide actionable feedback to the sales team.
- Oversee and examine Logo and Dollar-based retention across all segments, products, and service types.
- Develop and assess cohort-based perspectives on bookings and retention.
- In addition to the billings-based ARR cube, address data challenges to establish a bookings-based ARR cube for enhanced analysis.
- Establish a comprehensive bookings-to-billings waterfall analysis and align it with backlog reporting systems.
- Create and maintain RCM revenue projections.
- Analyze and monitor RCM operational capacity and efficiency models.
- Conduct data analytics on price increases.
- Offer support for advanced Go-To-Market analytics necessitating SQL proficiency.
- Incorporate key performance indicators into the management dashboard for real-time updates.
