    Position Overview:
    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Commercialization Project Manager to join our team.

    In this role, you will be an integral part of the project management team under corporate sales, focusing on foodservice product development from cradle to grave.

    Working with cross-functional teams including product development, supply chain, finance, and operations, you will be responsible for successfully commercializing and launching up to 20 different projects simultaneously, all related to product development.

    City of Industry, CA or Conyers, GA

    Compensation:

    Base salary:
    $80,000 to $110, % annual bonus

    Responsibilities:
    Lead and coordinate projects through the entire lifecycle, from development to post-launch troubleshooting.
    Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product commercialization and launch.
    Manage up to 20 different projects simultaneously, overseeing development, pricing, customer approval, scale-up, rollout, and post-launch activities.
    Ensure that project timelines are met, and key milestones are achieved.
    Collaborate with internal teams to maintain efficient processes and timelines.
    Work closely with internal departments and occasionally engage with external customers during the commercialization process.
    Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
    Specialize in the liquid products division, overseeing the commercialization of liquid food products.

    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in business, project management, or a related field.
    Proven experience in project management, preferably in the foodservice industry.
    Knowledge of product development and experience with stage gate processes.
    Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and communication.
