- Perform all tasks related to the day to day operations of several large implementations of Slack Identity systems including managing users, creating and maintaining access requests, handling bulk data uploads, maintenance of systems, users and groups
- Perform all tasks related to the daytoday operations of Slack Identity systems
- Manage a fastpaced queue of support requests, driving all issues to resolution with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and efficient task execution
- Maintain and demonstrate 100% compliance with all written policies and Sarbanes-Oxley user and change management controls
- Assist in the configuration and maintenance of sandbox environments to facilitate success development and QA testing of new on demand features and functionality
- Demonstrated technical aptitude for, and experience supporting, clientserver and/or webbased applications and SaaS/PaaS solutions
- Excellent project management skills with ability to juggle multiple projects/tasks across various user groups
- Understanding of business processes and ability to translate business requirements into application functionality
- Must be a gogetter who thrives on working in fastpaced environment
- Strong team player with serviceoriented attitude and customer focus
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- BA/BS Degree or equivalent work experience
- Demonstrated understanding of Identity systems and services including Okta, Duo, WebAuthN, SailPoint, and Azure
- Experience in Identity or a related industry
- Familiarity with Change and Release Management processes
- Experience supporting or developing Python, Go or low code workflows
- Experience with enterprise integration tools and APIs.
