    As we continue to grow, Caring for Kids, Inc. (foster care and adoption agency) is currently seeking a passionate and dedicated full-time Licensing Specialist. This position requires applicant to be detailed oriented, computer savvy, a multi-tasker, have the ability to follow ODJFS guidelines while using critical thinking skills and enthusiastic with strong communication skills. Applicant must have a patience, understanding and a passion for helping families. Please complete the applicant evaluation questions.

    Job Type: Full Time (40 hours/week)


    Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
    Auditing paperwork and files in an electronic system
    Telephone communication with prospective kinship families
    Assist kinship families with completion and obtaining of paperwork
    Correspondence and Reporting
    Maintain Agency Database
    Maintain Confidentiality and HIPPA Regulations
    Assist and Support Staff if needed

    Qualifications:
    High School Diploma/GED with equivalent experience and job knowledge, required
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook
    Various computer program literate
    Previous office/clerical experience preferred
    Excellent oral and written communication skills
