    Rize Construction, LLC is a local commercial general contractor in Englewood, CO and we are seeking a highly
    motivated Lead Sales Executive. The Lead Sales Executive is responsible for implementing our various business
    development related priorities, to further differentiate Rize Construction, LLC from the competition and build a
    growing base of business in the Colorado marketplace. The program includes identifying, pursuing, and developing
    relationships within current and potential market segments - focusing on client organizations where appreciation
    exists for the added value brought by Rize Construction, LLC. In addition, this position will require participation in
    appropriate industry

    organizations/associations

    to enhance Rize Construction's profile in the business community.

    High Level Key Responsibilities

    Assist in customizing, implementing and evolving the segment specific Business Development Plan initiatives

    Manage and maintain the Client Relationship Management (CRM) Database for Colorado related relationships, contacts and project opportunities

    Support implementation of the Market Share Process – focused on market segments / new clients / new business

    Coordinate with, and support, the Marketing Team in production of Project Specific Marketing deliverables related to project specific pursuits: RFQs / RFPs / Interviews

    Participate in a bi-weekly BD & Marketing Meeting focused on:

    Opportunity & Lead Generation

    Project Acquisition

    Client Strategy

    Marketing Deliverables

    Measurement & Improvement

    External Relationship Development

    Support Rize Construction's goals in building a business - public presence

    Develop an "Inner Circle"

    Develop appropriate key stakeholder relationships

    Participate in Business Development oriented associations

    Support economic development within targeted market segments

    Represent the organization regarding civic and professional association responsibilities and activities in the local community and the state

    Requirements

    4-year college degree – preferably in business and/or marketing

    3 years' experience in the commercial construction industry

    2 years' experience in a Business Development role in the commercial construction industry

    Active Industry Organization and Association participation

    Appropriate software skills

    Construction operations and / or estimating experience preferred
