    High Net Worth Representative

    To be eligible for consideration of this role, your primary residence must be located within a 90 mile radius at the time of application from the approved branch sites listed below:
    Portland, Vancouver, Beaverton, Tigard


    We have an exciting opportunity for a remote, licensed High Net Worth Service Associate in the Greater Portland, OR Metro area While you will work from home, you\u00A0must\u00A0reside\u00A0near\u00A0the Greater Portland, OR area\u00A0as\u00A0occasional in-person participation with your peers is an important part of our culture.

    We offer virtual interviewing and onboarding, as well as access to our virtual training and support. You ll have full access to work from home capability to support our clients remotely.\u00A0

    As a High Net Worth Representative, you will be focused on enhancing relationships with our\u00A0high-net-worth\u00A0clients who have assets of $250,000 to $1 million,\u00A0and therefore have complex service and investment needs.

    In this role, you will help to increase customer loyalty and drive business development opportunities.\u00A0

    Engaging with customers, via inbound calls, responding to their inquiries, and providing product and service level guidance,\u00A0

    Processing customer requests to include options, equities, mutual funds and fixed income trades and other specialized monetary requests\u00A0

    Series 7 required

    Series 63 preferred (paid training & support provided)\u00A0

    2-3 years of previous experience working in the financial services industry\u00A0

    Strong technological\u00A0savvy\u00A0and comfort with learning how to use new tools\u00A0

    The\u202FSkills\u202FYou Bring \u00A0

    You have a broad-based knowledge and understanding of general financial planning concepts

    Proven customer service, client support and problem resolution skills

    Ability to effectively influence others and use consultative skills to enrich the customer experience\u00A0

    Dynamic Working
