    Job Description

    The University of Nevada, Reno seeks candidates for the Business Intelligence Analyst position. The Business Intelligence Analyst reports to the Senior Director, Financial Operations & Business Intelligence and contributes to the design, development, and management of business intelligence assets for the campus community.

    The Business Intelligence Analyst in the Office of Decision Support is responsible for the design and development of data integrations, data analysis and processing, and ongoing support of the Financial, Human Capital Management and Student Information systems as they relate and integrate with the university reporting systems.

    Required Qualifications

    Bachelor's Degree and two (2) years of related work experience; OR

    Master's degree and one (1) year of related work experience

    Related Experience: Experience creating Business Intelligence reports and dashboards. Practical knowledge of SQL and DAX. Familiarity with statistical applications (e.g., SAS, SPSS, R). Understanding of Python, .NET framework, and C# is preferred.

    Preferred Qualifications

    Candidates with SQL Server, Microsoft Power BI, DAX, ETL experience are encouraged to apply.

    Administrative Faculty B

    The typical salary range for this position is $55,000-$70,000.
