Job Description: Blazer Jobs, in collaboration with the local school district, is currently seeking a dedicated and qualified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a full-time position during the school year in Randolph, MA. If you are passionate about supporting students with behavior challenges and contributing to their social and academic success, we invite you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Provide direct support to students to improve social skills and behavior
• Collect and record data on student progress
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Participate in training and professional development activities
• Contribute to the development of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field is preferred
• Experience working with individuals with autism or behavior challenges
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team
