- Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Provide direct support to students to improve social skills and behavior
- Collect and record data on student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Participate in training and professional development activities
- Contribute to the development of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Hold a valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field is preferred
- Experience working with individuals with autism or behavior challenges
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
