    Job Description

    We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to assist in identifying highly qualified candidates.

    In addition to assisting on specific positions this person will play an instrumental role in developing a world class talent attraction department for Tricon Residential.

    The primary focus will be on supporting the Talent Acquisition function by providing a comprehensive sourcing strategy for all positions assigned.

    This will include ensuring that formal processes and procedures are followed, building executive and field leadership capabilities, and establishing employment branding.

    This person will be responsible for the ongoing effort to discover talent, build a strong talent acquisition culture, manage day to day tasks, and ensure a consistent experience for both candidates and internal business partners.

    This person will need a sharp eye for talent and a commitment to bringing our guiding principles and mission to life through people.

    Assist on both Operations and Corporate recruiting for current staffing needs
    Work with the various business leaders to determine recruitment strategies and processes to support their individual position needs
    Adhere to the budget for recruitment spend
    Manage and control the use of any agency recruitment
    Create consistencies across all lines of business as it relates to the mitigation of risk and compliance
    Support employment branding initiatives as prepared and developed by Talent Acquisition and Marketing
    Create sourcing strategies to fill open positions and that create pipelines to anticipate future needs
    Manage and participate in the recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls etc.)
    Take steps to ensure positive candidate and hiring manager experience
    Provide metrics and reports that identify areas of improvement, trends, and provide visibility to status on all positions
    Make strategic recommendations to leadership on an ongoing basis as a talent partner and advisor

    Qualifications:
    Proficient in the use of job boards
    Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases Workday preferred
    Effective communicator across all levels of the organization
    Well-organized with the ability to prioritize and exhibits a sense of urgency
    Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or relevant field preferred

    Minimum Requirements:

    3-5 years as a Recruiting for Corporate Positions either in-house or as a consultant
    Experience in full cycle recruiting, sourcing, and employment branding
    Understanding of behavioral based interviewing and its relation to the company's core competencies

    Salary Range

    Placement within this compensation range will be determined by the candidate's knowledge, experience and skills.
