    Certified CVOR

    Surgical Technician First Assist

    Length: 13 weeks

    Weekends: 48hrs call per month

    Call:
    Open availability to call on weeknights , 1-2 weekends per 6 week rotation.

    Requirements:
    Minimum 2 years of recent CVOR/open heart/vascular experience
    NBSTSA or NCCT cert. required- no exceptions

    BLS

    Other Details:
    Float to Areas Appropriate for Skillset
    Must be able to function independently with necessary cases (CABG, valve, autoerotic vale, tricuspid valve, laser lead, ENDO Vascular, Open/closed tripleAAA, vascular device access and dialysis fistulas.)

    General Comments

    Please note we can only accept

    If the traveler has RTO more than 5 days and is a MUST have to take the

    job

    we can attempt to screen to the facility.

    That being said please

    keep in mind many nurse managers will not consider screens on RTO.

    Degree graduation date must include month and year and type of degree acquired (BSN, ADN, nor Bachelors, Associates)
    RN MUST complete

    Once the profile is reviewed by AMN, they will send a VA Interview Link for RN to complete

    Once RN completes the VA Interview, please inform the AM who will then inform AMN so it can be reviewed.

    If cleared, AMN will then send on to hospital manager for review or potentially auto-offer.

    If your RN is being placed in Tele, Stepdown, ICU, or ER (for some facilities PACU, Pedi/PICU or Dialysis) they will have to complete an EKG exam.

    In an effort to

    decrease cancellations related to EKG failures, we are closely monitoring how they answer the Tele questions on the interview. Please prep your

    RN's

    to review EKG interpretation prior to completing the interview.
    **Client is very strict on start dates

    and will monitor compliance very closely. There are no exceptions for missed compliance dates, RN is automatically moved to the next date. Orientation at most

    Note that once file is reviewed and VA Interview is completed, it can take an additional 24-48 hours for a final decision/offer.

    **All files other than those for Adventist Ocala are also manually submitted to the AMN AM for review.
