- Collaborate with the company founders to understand the problems we aim to solve and brainstorm possible design solutions.
- Create visually stunning and user-centered designs, considering user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
- Conduct user research, gather feedback, and iterate on designs to continuously improve the user experience.
- Produce wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design concepts.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and marketers, to ensure design alignment and successful product launches.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
Required Skills and Qualifications: - At least 5 years of experience as a product designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and the ability to solve complex design challenges.
- Proficiency in design software and prototyping tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision, or equivalent).
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
- Experience working in both B2B and/or B2C companies, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality design solutions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and articulate design concepts to stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines without compromising quality.
Preferred Skills: - Experience leading a design department or mentoring other designers.
- Familiarity with front-end development technologies and an understanding of their impact on design feasibility.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices in design.
Education: - Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Product Designer to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate directly with the company founders to solve complex problems and craft exceptional design solutions. Our focus is on user experience, and your expertise will play a crucial role in shaping the success of our product. As a Product Designer, you will have the opportunity to influence our product's direction and work on challenging projects that require both strategic thinking and innovative design solutions.
To put this in a nutshell - we're not going to tell you which screens to design. We're going to share with you the problems we're trying to solve, and work with you to create solutions for these problems (combining product functionality, user experience and graphic design)
