POSITION: Production Supervisor

Location: Pontiac, MI

The ideal candidate will oversee the safe and proper manufacturing of the company's products. To do this, the candidate will troubleshoot issues, ensure the efficient day-to-day operations of the company, and coordinate a team of production employees to make sure that consistent and quality goods are constantly being produced.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and coordinate day-to-day manufacturing operations to ensure efficiency and quality standards are consistently met.

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of production personnel, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production processes and enhance overall plant performance.

Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic solutions.

Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure and compliant working environment.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.

Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing.

Proven track record with a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

SAP knowledge is preferred but not mandatory.
