**About the Job:**
As a member of the Capco Technology Delivery Team, youll bring practical knowledge of agile development methodologies and engineering best practices. As a QA Automation Engineer, youll use your experience and skills to contribute to the quality and implementation
our software products for our customers.
**What Youll Get to Do**
+ Day to day management of Prime Brokerage Functions testing in (North America), leveraging offshore QA teams, keeping track of each release cycle and project delivery
+ Provide clear direction and vision to QA team members, ensuring all regression and new functionality is tested each release cycle
+ Provide regular status updates to business and IT stakeholders
+ Gather details about testing priorities and focus
+ Preparation of test plans / strategy documents for various types of testing to be undertaken
+ Create test cases and automation scripts, when necessary
+ Prepare requirement traceability matrix (RTM), Execute tests as per plan, Document test results, and log defects for failed cases
**What Youll Bring with You:**
10+ years in the field of IT and Testing in the BFSI (Banking and Financial Industry) domain
+ Excellent domain skills in Prime Brokerage Functions (Stock Loans, Borrows, SWAPs, including associated fees, haircuts, and costs of capital.)
+ String understanding of business requirements, with ability to design, develop and execute appropriate manual and automated testing approaches
+ Experience working with offshore/onshore delivery model
+ Willing to work out of the New York city office 3 days a week
