    Job Summary:
    We are seeking a talented Regional Quality Manager to join our team.

    The Regional Quality Manager is responsible for the following:


    Responsibilities:
    Leadership Responsibilities – 30%
    Promote quality achievement and performance improvement throughout the organization.
    Set QA compliance objectives and ensure targets are achieved.
    Maintain awareness of business context and company profitability, including budgetary control issues.
    Identify relevant quality-related training needs and deliver training to employees.
    Bring together staff of different disciplines and drive the group to plan, formulate, and agree on comprehensive quality procedures.
    Persuade reluctant staff to change their way of working to incorporate quality methods.

    Service and Suppliers – 20%
    Assess the product specifications of the company and its suppliers and compare with customer requirements.
    Work with purchasing staff to establish quality requirements from external suppliers.

    Act as a liaison between customer and auditors to ensure the execution of corrective action, and compliance with customer specifications.

    Establish standards of service for customers or clients.

    Testing and Evaluating – 20%
    Ensure compliance with national and international standards and legislation.
    Consider the application of environmental, health, and safety standards.
    Establish clearly defined quality methods for staff to apply.
    Define quality procedures in conjunction with operating staff.
    Ensure tests and procedures are properly understood, carried out, and evaluated.
    Oversee the investigate product modifications, if they are necessary.
    Supervise technical staff in carrying out tests and checks.

    Maintaining Documentation, Analyzing Data, and Writing Reports – 30%
    Set up and maintain controls and documentation procedures.
    Collect and analyze performance data charts against defined parameters.
    Write technical and management systems reports.
    Prepare clear explanatory documents, such as customer charters.
    Monitor performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports.
    Manage, develop, and maintain QMs, EMs, and LMs.


    Must Haves:
    Four-year degree in related field OR equivalent experience.
    Knowledge of automotive requirements.
    Understanding of drawing, including GD&T and dimensional layouts.
    In-depth knowledge of


    ISO:
    9001 and TS16949 quality management standards and ISO14000 environmental management system.
    Proficient computer and writing skills.
    Self-motivation.
    Strong interpersonal skills.
    Regular, reliable attendance.

    Ability to perform statistical analysis.
    Experience in Statistical Process Control (SPC) software.
