Your role

* serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong and positive relationships
* respond to client inquiries promptly and accurately, providing information on financial products, services, and account-related activities
* assist clients with account setup, transfers, and other administrative tasks
* collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and resolve any issues or concerns
* proactively identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and contribute to business growth
* stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and changes to effectively communicate with clients
* ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Your expertise

* bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field
* fully registered with appropriate licensing and regulatory authorities
* previous experience in the financial services industry is highly preferred
* strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust
* excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
* proficiency in using financial software and tools
* knowledge of investment products, financial markets, and industry regulations
* ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and work effectively under pressure
* professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to clients
