Job Summary

The Systems Support Analyst


II
is responsible for all aspects of client systems support. This includes implementation, configuration, coordination, control, maintenance, troubleshooting of all desktops, laptop and tablet and cellular phones. They also perform basic systems security administration functions, including Active Directory, E

lectronic Health Record (EHR)

and other system cleanup and maintenance. System Support Analyst

is responsible for handling advanced issues with network implementation and troubleshooting projects; create or assist with MS SQL queries and reports in Microsoft Access or SQL Reporting Services and be proficient in the use of PowerShell for scripting.

This role is the escalation point for other support tiers.
Skills/Requirements

Associate's Degree

in IT or Computer Science required. Bachelor's Degree in IT or Computer Science preferred.
Must demonstrate advanced troubleshooting skills with windows desktop/laptop, windows servers, networking, firewall or WIFI.
A minimum of

five

-year

s of

experience working with others to resolve complex IT related issues

Experience with

thorough documentation methodologies for an IT environment
Ability to guide and mentor junior support staff
