Description
Due to continued growth in the Birmingham, AL area, we are seeking to add a Bookkeeper to our team to aid in our expansion.
As a Bookkeeper for Quality Creative Landscaping, a div.of KeyServ Company, you will be responsible for the following:
Provide accounting and clerical support.
Assist with the data entry of accounts receivable.
Assist with job costing and reconciliations.
Processing bank deposits, retrieval, and processing of incoming mail
Assist with general office duties including making copies, scanning documents, and mailing.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Post daily payments and make bank deposits.
Process weekly payroll
Required Skills
Accounting Skills
Preferred experience in the construction and/or landscaping
Monthly billing
Competency in MS Office products, databases, and accounting software
Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.
Generate financial reports for management review.
