Registered Nurse - MS/Tele

Location:- Winston-Salem, NC, 27103

Duration:- 13 Weeks

Shift:- Night 3x12-Hour (18:45 - 07:15)

Pay rate:- $50- $58/hr W2.

Responsibilities of Registered Nurse - MS/Tele

Assess patients' medical conditions, formulate nursing diagnoses, and develop individualized care plans.
Monitor patients' vital signs and telemetry readings, interpreting and responding promptly to changes in condition.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and in accordance with hospital policies and procedures.
Provide patient and family education regarding medications, treatments, procedures, and self-care techniques.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care and ensure continuity of care.
Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and timely in the electronic medical record (EMR).
Respond to emergencies and provide appropriate interventions following established protocols.
Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients, families, and staff members.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adherence to regulatory standards.
Foster a culture of professionalism, teamwork, and continuous learning.

Requirements for Registered Nurse - MS/Tele

Qualifications:

Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of [state name].
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required.
Minimum of [X] years of clinical experience in an acute care setting, preferably in medical-surgical and telemetry units.
BLS and ACLS certification required; additional certifications such as PALS and TNCC preferred.
Proficiency in telemetry monitoring and interpretation.
Strong critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Commitment to professional growth and evidence-based practice.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand, walk, and move freely throughout the workday.
Capable of lifting and transferring patients with assistance as needed.
Visual and auditory acuity to assess patient condition and respond to alarms.
Manual dexterity to perform nursing procedures and administer medications.

Working Conditions:

Rotating shifts, including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Exposure to infectious diseases, bodily fluids, and hazardous materials.
Collaboration with diverse patient populations and healthcare team members.
