    Job Title: Remote Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Washington State

    Location: Remote (Washington State)

    Position Overview: We're in search of a compassionate and driven Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide virtual speech therapy services to students enrolled in our virtual school program. If you're passionate about making a difference in students' lives and have a strong background in pediatric speech therapy, we want to hear from you.

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct virtual assessments to evaluate students' speech and language skills.
    • Develop individualized treatment plans and goals based on assessment results.
    • Deliver virtual speech therapy sessions using evidence-based practices.
    • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and educational team members to support students' communication needs.
    • Monitor and document students' progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.

    Qualifications:

    • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
    • Valid Washington State licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
    • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) is mandatory
    • Experience working with pediatric populations, ideally in a school-based or teletherapy setting.
    • Strong knowledge of speech and language disorders and evidence-based intervention strategies.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
    • Comfortable utilizing technology for virtual therapy sessions and documentation.
