Position Overview

This role is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the IT infrastructure and collaborating with HQ/other departments to meet technology needs.

The position will lead the IT department while also contributing to software development projects and internal development and programming needs.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the software development team to align IT initiatives with the company's software roadmap.
• Oversee and lead systems analysis, design, development, and support for existing Global IT Systems
• Collaborate with the HQ IT team to ensure alignment with overall IT standards and practices.
• maintenance of IT systems, developing, configuring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing all new and existing network hardware, software, and IT equipment.
• Oversee relationships with HQ/IT vendors, negotiate contracts, and manage service level agreements to ensure optimal performance and value for the organization.
• Plan and execute IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and new technology implementations.
• Ensure the security, reliability, and scalability of IT systems to meet the organization's needs.
• Support cross-functional teams on a Global scale to deploy advanced technologies at our manufacturing facilities.
• Management on companys order system, crossover tool, engineering tool, and others
• Manage and oversee cross-functional projects.
• Provide user training on the ERP system and other IT tools.

Collaboration with HQ / Existing Programs if necessary

• Oracle ERP system
• WMS system
• Homepage (Download Center, Tech Support, Troubleshooting management)
• On-going/New Developments
• Software Development (Web-based Partner Portal, E-commerce Online software)

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Bilingual (English / Korea) - fluent in both verbal and written forms
• Experience in a B2B business & manufacturing environment
• Proficiency in ERP software (ex. SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) and related tools
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications
