    ROLE SUMMARY
    The Sr.

    Manager, Specialty Access Solutions is responsible for ensuring the quality and validity of data obtained from Pfizer contracted specialty pharmacies, in order that it be utilized with full confidence in a compliant manner, these include:
    insights generation, field compensation, program performance calculation, SPP program performance, limited distribution network evaluation, etc. The Sr.

    Manager will provide oversight of processes to ensure compliance with Pfizer SOPs and policies - this may include auditing of SPP data, data fields, data access, and the proper utilization of such data.

    The position will primarily be focused on Specialty Pharmacy, but will include some work with HUB data and/or data feeds between HUBs/SPPs.

    An individual with a strong analytical ability is a must, but this should be accompanied by strong business acumen, communication skills, and an attention to detail.

    The position will work closely and receive direction from the Director, SPP Analytics & Insights.

    The individual will interact with multiple cross functional team members within the SPP Centers of Excellence (COE), Pfizer Business Technology, Pfizer Incentive Comp team, Pfizer Business Analytics community and external SPP Customers, legal, compliance, and privacy.


    ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
    The Sr.

    Manager, Specialty Access Solutions will be a critical team member who will undertake decision making analytics and ensure that assigned initiatives are in alignment to Pfizer SAS SOP's and Policies.

    The individual will primarily be aligned to the Specialty Pharmacy Centers of Excellence, but may also be tasked with other SAS COE analytic, compliance and auditing initiatives, such as those within the HUB Patient Access Support CoE as needed.

    The position will work across I&I, Oncology, Rare Disease. IM, and on occasion biosimilars and vaccines.

    The Senior Managers responsibilities will include the following, but are not limited to:

    Establish and maintain effective coordination among all stakeholders creating a collaborative network with key internal and external stakeholders.
    Recommend new approaches to achieve operational effectiveness and efficiency.

    Identify and communicate situations, issues, or emerging areas that are potentially in conflict with PFE SAS SOPs and policies to the Director, SAS Analytics & Insights or to the Sr Director/Team Leader, SAS CoE and/or assigned compliance/legal partner.

    Maintain appropriate systems, databases, and records as defined within the SAS CoE SOP.
    Coordinate with internal and external teams during SPP/HUB on-boarding initiatives
    Lead key initiatives as assigned by manager
    Report initial launch metrics for Oncology products before the data onboarding completion by working with Pfizer National Account Directors.

    Work with National Account Directors, SPP CoE Operation Directors and SPP Data Aggregators to implement data onboarding new product launches within Pfizer Defined Oncology Distribution Network.

    Collaborate with Pfizerworks team to implement brand insights deck for the launch product once data feed is established;
    Provide launch preparation support which includes SPP data requirements, SPP Network Selection and cost estimation.

    Work across HUB/SPP teams to implement patient tracker to identify opportunities to improve patient pull through rate and present the findings to SPP during Periodic Business Reviews.

    Implement intervention data monitoring report as part of CoE auditing requirements.

    Analyze SPP program data to identify gaps in program executions, assess program performance and present findings to SPP CoE team.

    Attend Periodic Business Review with SPP/IDN SPP customers on behalf of SPP CoE and work with SPP Operation Directors to identify opportunities within SPP/IDN SPP network to improve patient experiences;
    Lead the creation and delivery of key metrics and scorecards utilized to assess SPP performance and payment.
    Lead the creation and delivery - in collaboration with SPP team - key measures of SPP program measures such as MPR
    Engage with SPP's to address data quality issues.

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

    Candidate demonstrates a breadth of diverse capabilities including: the ability to influence and collaborate with peers, develop and coach others, oversee and guide the work of external stakeholders to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact.

    Bachelor's Degree minimum required

    7+ years of experience minimum required in an analytical type function, which can include: consulting, primary quantitative market research, secondary data analysis, forecasting, predictive modeling.

    Understanding of the specialty pharmacy and payer segment with a preference for Specialty/Oncology/HUB experience.
    Hands on experience of using analytics tools like SAS or SQL.
    Demonstrated ability in managing complex projects/data sets.
    Understanding of common pharmaceutical and payer data bases/services.
    Knowledge of and understanding of specialty customer metrics to assess success of specialty pharmacy programs.
    Analytical model development and database manipulation experience.

    Prior success delivering results and working in a highly matrix organization and experience with collaborating across multiple stakeholders to drive results.


    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
    MBA or relevant graduate degree preferred
    Consulting experience and experiences of analyzing patient/claims data is highly desired.
    Strategic mindset, analytical thinking, interpersonal skills, leadership skills, quantitative skills, communication skills, and project management.
    Creative thinker who is intellectually curious.
    A high attention to detail.
    Motivated, enthusiastic, and collaborative.

    Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to forge ahead on initiatives not done before, recognizing there will be obstacles to overcome along the way.

    Ability to translate unstructured data into actionable insights.
    PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS
    Must be able to travel between Pfizer sites.
    NON-STANDARD WORK SCHEDULE, TRAVEL OR ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS
    The position will requires approximately 20% travel to SPPs, conferences, POAs, and other related venues/meetings. This includes overnight travel.

    The annual base salary for this position ranges from $117,300.00 to $195,500.00.
    • In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer's Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 17.5% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.

      The United States salary range provided does not apply to Tampa, FL or any location outside of the United States.

    The annual base salary for this position in Tampa, FL ranges from $105,500.00 to $175,
