- The ideal candidate should have: 7+ years of firmware / embedded Linux development experience, 3+ years of manageability firmware experience, BMC Firmware development experience, knowledge of Linux Kernel programming, experience with Open-Source Baseboard Management Controller Software Stack, proficiency with BMC functionalities and protocols, familiarity with low-level protocols, experience in x86 architecture, proficiency in IPMI tool suite and Linux GCC build tools.
- Additionally, the candidate should be customer service driven, analytical, a strong communicator, problem solver, and hold a Bachelor's Degree in a related technical field.
