Get in on the ground floor and train for an entry level career in the healthcare/education field

    ACLDs Compliance Facilitator provides training to Vocational staff, participate in Vocational department billing and compliance processes and oversee the departments scheduling of staff and assignments.

    In this position, you will:

    Design and implement the vocational staff training program

    Develop curriculum and training materials to ensure a well-trained workforce

    Provide orientation and ongoing training to all job coaches and job developers

    Through training and observation assist the coordinators as requested to ensure ongoing provision of services in compliance with all internal and regulatory quality assurance and corporate compliance standards; provide refresher training sessions as indicated

    Maintain monthly vocational calendar

    Input monthly information necessary to complete quarterly reports

    Provide job coaching services, as needed

    Other duties as assigned

    We require:

    Bachelors degree in Psychology, Sociology, Education or related field, strongly preferred

    Minimum one year experience working in the field

    Clean, valid NYS Drivers License
