    Description

    Job Title: Web Designer

    Location: On-Site

    Position: Full-Time

    Position Overview:

    We are seeking a creative and talented Web Designer to join our Keller Creative Agency team

    full-time in Knoxville, Tennessee. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for web

    design, creativity, collaboration and exceeding client expectations.

    Responsibilities:

    • Design visually appealing, engaging and user-friendly websites that reflect the client's

    brand and meet their specific requirements.

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements and ensure

    alignment with design objectives.

    • Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design

    ideas and concepts.

    • Optimize websites for maximum speed, scalability, and responsiveness across various

    devices and browsers.

    • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve design

    quality and innovation.

    • Implement HTML, CSS, and JavaScript when necessary for optimal performance and

    responsiveness across devices and browsers.

    • Contribute to a positive team culture by sharing unique ideas, passion, and

    excitement towards the work we do

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or related field.
    • Proven experience as a Web Designer or similar role, with a portfolio showcasing

    design proficiency.

    • Proficiency in design & prototyping software such as Figma, Adobe Illustrator,

    Photoshop, and XD.

    • Knowledge and understanding of best practices for design, including the ability to

    maintain visual consistency, develop a clear hierarchy, understand the importance of

    white space, and understand basic principles of typography and branding.

    • Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a

    team environment.

    • Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
