    Job Description
    We are seeking an experienced Charge Nurse to join our Critical Care Unit.

    The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in managing patient care and will oversee a team in a fast-paced environment.

    Responsibilities

    Manage the care of patients in the critical care unit.

    Provide leadership and support to nursing staff.

    Coordinate patient care activities and ensure quality outcomes.

    Conduct assessments and develop care plans.

    Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

    Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

    Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience required.

    Previous charge experience is required.

    Current certifications:
    ACLS, BLS, NRP, AWHONN Intermediate, and the ability to obtain C-EFM if not already certified.

    IV certification is preferred.

    Valid state nursing license required at the time of submission.
