    We are seeking a Hybrid WFH Senior System Engineer – MSP to join our growing Managed Service Provider firm. Our company is well known across Chicago and has been in business since 2005.     The Hybrid WFH Senior System Engineer – MSP will be leading projects and supporting small-to-medium business environments, including servers, networking, virtualization, and the cloud.

    You will also be handling O365/Azure deployments, virtualizing servers via Hyper-V/VMware, Server/Desktop support, and Networking configurations (SonicWall and Cisco Meraki) support.

    Also responsible for resolving any infrastructure-related outages.
    Extensive experience designing, implementing, managing, and servicing our clients' networks and critical systems
    Strong experience with Cloud technologies (Azure) & Virtualization technologies (VMware)
    Implementation, troubleshooting, and resolution of various technologies and systems, including by not limited to Microsoft Azure, Hyper-V, Server Virtualization
    Identifying and driving opportunities to automate repeatable networking tasks including through the creation and maintenance of scripts and tools.
    Extensive experience working with Microsoft 365 Intune, Conditional Access, Compliance Policies
    Extensive experience working with Backup and Disaster Recovery Solutions
    Cisco ASA and Meraki Firewalls, VPNs, and Security Solutions
    Research and document processes to support ongoing projects
    Acting as a level high level 3 escalation support for infrastructure operational and security issues
