- Regular engagement with senior level executives, including coordination of schedules and meetings
- Maintain daily calendars of executives, planning appointments, events, and travel.
- Responsible for coordination, integration and synchronization of staff actions, events, and activities.
- Facilitate internal communication and manage calendars (Outlook-based calendar coordination and collaboration with all levels of staff).
- Interact with high-ranking visitors from both the military and civilian communities.
- Responsible for file management, including developing and maintaining a central repository for all briefings and documents.
- Ability to work independently, but also closely interact with other teams as necessary for issue resolution, troubleshooting and solution identification.
- Review outgoing correspondence for conformance to policies, grammar, spelling, and format.
- Compile and/or edit briefings to ensure communications are accurately and effectively conveyed to the target audience.
- Provide remarks, notes, and talking points for presenters when appropriate.
- Responsible for coordinating, integrating, and synchronizing between multiple divisions, including acquisitions, contracting and budget/financial.
- Ability to translate and summarize detailed and complex technical data and condense into understandable communications.
- Must be comfortable interacting with senior leadership and communicate with succinct, clear, and concise information
- Ability to perform duties onsite (required onsite time is 100%)
- 5+ Years of relevant experience.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook and Teams)
- Excellent communication and strong organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize appropriately.
- Comfort in collaborating with team and providing agile support while assisting with "big picture" organizational goals.
- Ability to think strategically and be comfortable working in a rapidly changing environment.
