Your expertise will bepivotal in providing comprehensive medical, surgical, outpatient, observation,swing bed, and pediatric care on the dynamic Med/Surg/Pedi unit.
Collaboratewith a talented group of professionals and lead them to meet the unique needsof our diverse patient population, all while utilizing the innovative NursingProcess to make critical decisions.
We prioritize holistic care, ensuring that patients' age,physiological, spiritual, psychosocial, and developmental needs are met withcompassion and proficiency.You will be accountable to the Unit Director andwork closely with the Clinical Coordinator and/or Nursing Supervisor duringyour shift, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
To join our team, we require a minimum of three years' acutecare experience, with preference given to candidates with Meditech familiarity.
Possessing a current Vermont RN or multi state licensure and BCLS certificationis essential, while ACLS certification is highly desired.Nestled in the heart of Vermont's historic NortheastKingdom, NVRH is a cherished 25-bed independent and nonprofit critical accesshospital.

At NVRH, we deliver primary and preventive care, surgical andspecialty services, inpatient and outpatient care, and round-the-clockemergency services manned by our dedicated board-certified physicians.
