    Sales & Operations Business Analyst

    Location: Onalaska, WI

    Position Type: New ITAD

    Compensation: $71,000 - $88,000 annually

    Purpose & Summary: As a Business Analyst I at Dynamic Lifecycle Innovations, you will be responsible for analyzing business, operations, sales, and financial data. Your role involves providing insights, supporting decision-making, and communicating financial results effectively.

    Day-to-day tasks may include:

    • Analyzing business, operations, sales, and financial data
    • Developing models
    • Creating standardized reports and recommendations for informed decisions
    • Identifying growth opportunities
    • Assisting in business planning through research and market analysis
    • Leading improvement projects and driving process enhancements

    Requirements: An Associate's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field, with at least one year of experience in financial analysis, accounting, and business processes. Additional qualifications include:

    • Financial analysis skills
    • Expertise in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Integrity, ethics, and innovation
    • Organizational and time management skills
    • Experience with metrics development
    • Ability to build relationships and convey complex topics clearly
    • Adaptability to changing environments
    • Prioritization skills

    Preferred qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree in finance, accounting, or related field
    • Knowledge of business and financial planning
    • Experience with Business Intelligence platforms like Microsoft Power BI
