ServiceNow ITSM Developer

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow developer to implement ServiceNow ITSM. Key responsibilities include setting up and configuring the platform, as well as migrating configurations, user access, templates, workflows, and the service catalog from an existing system.

Requirements:

Proficient in JavaScript with strong coding skills
Familiarity with UI, SQL, HTML, and CSS
Knowledge of XML and structured programming principles
Understanding of ITIL processes and methodologies
Experience in creating reports within ServiceNow
Skilled in ServiceNow Playbook development and customization
Experience with data exchange between ServiceNow and other systems via APIs
Familiarity with Remedy ITSM, Microsoft Power BI, ServiceNow CSM, and ServiceNow NowAssist is a plus

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a technical implementation plan for ServiceNow ITSM
Install, configure, and customize the ServiceNow ITSM platform to meet organizational requirements
Migrate configurations, user access, service requests, incidents, work orders, and change requests from an existing system
Set up integrations between ServiceNow and other systems using APIs and data loading
Generate reports for ITSM data in ServiceNow and Microsoft Power BI
Analyze system performance and optimize parameters or code for optimal performance
Implement ongoing enhancement requests and troubleshoot any issues

Salary:$90,000 - $110,000 per year

Minimum Work Experience: 5 years
