    Job DescriptionWho we are and who we are looking for:
    Super Color Digital was founded in 1981. We are a grand format commercial printer, fabricator & UL listed signage company. We are one of the largest grand format printers in the country with locations in Irvine, CA & Las Vegas, NV. We are true partners to our clients, not just "another vendor."     POSITION SUMMARY/OBEJECTIVE:

    A billing specialist will assist in processing of invoicing and send invoices to customers. This position will also assist the accounting team with excel reporting, audit requests, data analysis, and other tasks as needed.

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
    • Generating weekly reports for salespeople of jobs not invoiced.
    • Preparing monthly reports within the software system for the shipped but not invoiced items to accrue sales into the next month.
    • Some training of project managers and Account Executives as to what is required to invoice.
    • Verifying all paperwork from client (signed estimate, POs)
    • Verifying taxes are applied to AR and invoices properly
    • Verifying multi states sales tax are properly calculated and applied to invoices
    • Verifying ship to addresses
    • Adding shipping charges are correct prior to generating invoices.
    • Emailing or mailing invoices, depending on client request.
    • Maintaining backup paperwork by scanning to our server.
    • Back-up for Credit Card processing
    • Back-up for new customer entry
    QUALIFICATIONS:
    • Ability to interact with employees and customers in a professional manner
    • Ability to handle multi states sales tax
    • Advanced Excel Skills
    • Good communication skills (oral and written)
    • Ability to work in a team environment
    • Ability to analyze data
    • General Math Skills
    • Experience with ERP system
    • Attention to Detail
    • Thoroughness
    • Reporting Research Results
    SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: None

    POSITION TYPE / EXPECTED HOURSOF WORK:
    • Full time
    • 40 hours weekly
    EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS PREFERRED:
    1. High school diploma required
    2. Coursework in accounting preferred
