    Job Description

    We are seeking a Marketing Manager to join our team at Insperity. This is a critical role that requires a strategic thinker with a creative edge.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of national and international market distribution, sales, and customer-focused marketing strategies.

    Responsibilities:

    • Create and implement innovative marketing plans and outreach programs, including compelling collateral, advertising, PR, and promotional efforts aligned with brand positioning and market goals.
    • Manage brand visibility by coordinating trade show participation, logistics, booth design, and other promotional activities to enhance market presence.
    • Conduct market research, analyze trends, and provide actionable product development and strategic planning recommendations.
    • Manage the company's web presence, digital marketing campaigns, and CRM system to drive customer engagement, track leads, and support online marketing initiatives.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, with at least 10 years of progressively responsible experience in marketing or communications roles.
    • Strong understanding of national and international market distribution, sales, and customer-focused marketing strategies, including hands-on experience with CRM systems and digital platforms.
    • Advanced computer skills, including expertise in the MS Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop), and familiarity with analytics tools.
    • Proven ability to lead and work within diverse, cross-functional teams, effectively manage projects, and engage stakeholders across all organizational levels.
