    Overview:

    Mpower is looking for a Recruitment Administrator to join our team.

    This position will play an integral role in recruiting talented individuals to join our organization. You'll on occasion assist other recruiters, hiring teams, and candidates so the hiring process can run smoothly. The Recruitment Administrator will also provide administrative support based on the office needs. You will assist in building a positive office culture, greeting guests, answering phones, completing administrative projects.

    Qualified candidates will have previous recruitment experience, strong verbal and written communication skills, the ability to multi-task, and a friendly demeanor.

Currently, we conduct business in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Ohio, and Connecticut, and are quickly expanding into Illinois and other territories.

    Responsibilities:

    Recruitment Administrator Responsibilities

    • Review resumes and conduct phone screenings to determine qualifications
    • Schedule interviews with hiring managers and ensure a positive candidate experience
    • Introduce new hires to the Company and walk them through the onboarding process
    • Complete all vetting paperwork with candidates who meet the expectations of the job
    • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate offices and/or contacts
    • Conduct clerical duties, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and document preparation
    • Provide administrative support to the office and sales team
    Qualifications:

    Recruitment Administrator Skills

    • At least 1-year experience with Recruiting
    • High school diploma required (Associate or Bachelor degree preferred)
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize projects
    • Able to complete complex administrative tasks with minimal supervision
