    We are seeking a dynamic, motivated, and experienced Commercial Litigation Attorney to join our team.

    The successful candidate will have a passion for litigation and a drive to make a real difference for our clients.

    This is a permanent position that offers a unique opportunity to handle a diverse range of commercial litigation matters, from inception through trial and appeal.

    As a Commercial Litigation Attorney, your key responsibilities will include:

    Managing a caseload of complex commercial litigation matters, including contract disputes, business torts, real estate litigation, and intellectual property litigation.

    Developing and implementing litigation strategies, conducting discovery, drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs, and arguing motions in state and federal courts.

    Advising clients on potential litigation risks and devising strategies to manage these risks.

    Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional client service, including responding promptly to client inquiries and regularly updating clients on case progress.

    Collaborating effectively with a team of attorneys, paralegals, and administrative staff to ensure the efficient and timely handling of cases.

    Staying up-to-date on developments in commercial litigation law and contributing to the firm's thought leadership in this area.
    A Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
    A minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial litigation, with a record of achieving favorable outcomes for clients.
    Exceptional litigation skills, including excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex legal issues.
    Experience with e-discovery and litigation technology is a plus.
