    We provide products to some of the world's largest manufacturers, including businesses in the aerospace, automotive, industrial equipment/processing, on road truck/off road truck, military, power/energy, aftermarket, commercial and residential refrigeration, air conditioning, medical refrigeration, and refrigerated display industries.

    As we continue to grow, we're seeking a Plant Controller to be a crucial member of our leadership team.

    The Plant Controller is a key member of the leadership team and collaborates closely with the President, Production Manager, Procurement, & Operating Executives.

    We're happy to pay for relocation to have you join our team The Plant Controller will play a key role in overseeing various accounting functions, including financial statement creation/review, financial reporting analysis, metric monitoring, working capital/cash flow management, and product costing.

    Additionally, the Plant Controller will be instrumental in the oversight, development, and mentoring of accounting staff and shop floor employees in the accurate utilization of the company's new ERP system.

    Manage and mentor a team (1-2 staff members currently)
    Oversee accounting operations including payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and inventory management.

    Financial Operations:
    Complete month-end close, the preparation and coordination of monthly journal entries and account reconciliations.
    Coordinate and prepare month-end, quarter-end, and annual financial reports.

    Drive consistent costing methodologies and strategic data across diverse business operations (manufacturing, inventory, and buy/sell) in collaboration with corporate leadership.

    Coordinate local product costing, payroll, A/P, and fixed asset management.
    Support local Operations and Corporate Finance Teams with daily/weekly/monthly operational and financial metrics.

    Forecasting and Project Support:
    Assist local Engineering/Operations with capital projects approval requests.
    Analyze, interpret, and present detailed financial results.
    Ensure local compliance with accounting policies and other corporate policies.
    Bachelor's degree in Finance and/or Accounting; Strong Excel & ERP experience.
    This position is fully onsite - relocation package available.
