    Assessment and Authorization (A&A)

    Senior Location:
    Adelphi, Maryland Seeking a highly motivated Assessment and Authorization (A&A) Senior that is experienced in analyzing the R&D environment and understands DoD, Army, and Army Research Laboratory (ARL) Cybersecurity policies
    This position is contingent upon contract award

    Job Responsibilities:
    Lead all the A&A efforts for ARL Manage the A&A lifecycle for all ARL enterprise systems Manage eMASS records and A&A artifacts Maintain required A&A documentation in eMASS for all ARL systems and ensure that the documentation is kept up-to-date and that all A&A requirements have been met and Cybersecurity guidance from higher command is followed Coordinate and strategize A&A plans for current and upcoming authorization and Authority to Operate (ATO) efforts Perform A&A related reporting Coordinate A&A efforts with responsible parties to execute an effective A&A program Maintain Cybersecurity control artifacts Provide recommendations for balancing meeting policy requirements and allowing the flexibility required for the researchers to meet their mission Maintain excellent working relationships with end-users and every information technology (IT) team within ARL Effectively communicate and demonstrate success leading ARL through Assessment and Authorization (A&A) for ARL networks and systems Pass Cybersecurity inspections Facilitating IT enterprise and mission projects

    Required Skills:
    eMASS experience ARL system experience Authority to Operate (ATO) experience Cybersecurity experience Must be a U.S
    Citizen Must have a Top Secret Security Clearance or the ability to acquire one

    Desired Skills:
    Active DoD Top Secret Security Clearance Education and Experience Minimum of ten (10) years of Cybersecurity experience Five (5) years of A&A experience #CJ About HigherEchelon, Inc
