    Supply Chain Specialist

    For more than 60 years, IQAir has been at the forefront of enhancing indoor air quality in various markets. With a vision to help people live longer, healthier lives by offering products and services that promote cleaner air, IQAir is currently looking to fill the position of a Supply Chain Specialist at our North American headquarters in La Mirada, California.

    Summary

    The Supply Chain Specialist is a key player in streamlining our supply chain operations. Responsibilities include managing the entire supply chain process, from procurement and logistics to inventory management and distribution. The main objective is to ensure a smooth and cost-effective flow of materials and products to meet customer demands effectively.

    Responsibilities

    • Monitor supplier performance and compliance with contracts
    • Develop and implement inventory control strategies
    • Conduct regular inventory analysis
    • Coordinate transportation and logistics activities
    • Optimize delivery routes and transit times
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for demand forecasting
    • Identify supply chain inefficiencies and propose improvements
    • Implement risk mitigation strategies

    Qualifications

    • Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration
    • Proven experience in a similar role
    • Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools
    • Strong understanding of procurement, inventory management, and logistics
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
    • Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks
    • Knowledge of international trade regulations is a plus
    • Professional certifications are advantageous
